WGPITTS has an opening for an experienced Project Manager (PM) in at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina and San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The PM answers to the Director of Construction and is responsible for bringing projects online, within budget, and of high quality. Is accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating construction projects on a profitable basis with a constant awareness for cost, quality, and timely completion. Visits with clients, prepares presentations and proposals, develops comprehensive schedules, reviews and approves invoices, and implements quality control procedures.
- Advanced educational training with a 4 year degree in Building Construction or Engineering
- Minimum of 4-6 years construction experience
- MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project
- Customer service oriented
